Will your product be protected in the ecommerce channel?

We test and certify packaging so our customers can have confidence in their ecommerce brand experience and to minimize product damage costs.

Our new laboratories based in Michigan, US and Gent, Belgium, are certified to test packaged products for ISTA 6 Amazon (ISTA 6A) and, with other online retailers developing their own requirements, we are also offering a wide range of other tests.

Online retailers are setting the standard for ecommerce packaging

How does ecommerce testing help brands?

Ecommerce testing predicts where failures might occur and then our experts can help brands prevent product loss and brand reputation damage by designing packaging to address weak points like seals, spouts and caps.

What is ISTA 6 Amazon?

ISTA and Amazon developed ISTA 6A test protocols to ensure products arrive undamaged and intact. Passing this test is one requirement for meeting Amazon’s Frustration Free Packaging standard. Amcor’s two global labs are part of the Amazon Packaging Support and Supplier Network (APASS), supporting brands to get their packaging ecommerce ready.
