Amcor Executive Officers

Mr. Konieczny was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Amcor plc in September 2024 after serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer since April 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer between 2020 and 2024, President, Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East & Africa and Latin America between 2019 and 2020, President, Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East & Africa between 2015 and 2019, and President, Amcor Specialty Cartons between 2010 and 2015. Prior to Amcor, he had five years of experience in the packaging industry as President of Silgan White Cap, a global organization specializing in metal and plastic closures for the food and beverage industries. He held business group Managing Director and Chief Finance Officer positions in the heavy industrial equipment industry and has been a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Casamento joined Amcor in March 2014 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2015. His previous Amcor positions included Vice President, Corporate Finance, based in Melbourne (2014-2015). Prior to Amcor, Mr. Casamento spent six years at SCA, a Sweden-listed global consumer goods and paper company, where he held a variety of operational and corporate leadership roles across the Americas and Asia Pacific.

Mr. Lecot joined Amcor in 2016 and was appointed interim Business Group President for Amcor Rigid Packaging (ARP) in January 2025. Previously, he drove ARP’s commercial and business activities in Latin America as Vice President Sales & Marketing — LatAm from 2016 to 2021, and as Vice President and General Manager — LatAm from 2021 to 2024. Prior to joining Amcor, Mr. Lecot led international teams in complex, global organizations for more than 25 years, including Sealed Air and SC Johnson.

Ms. Rasin joined Amcor in March 2022 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to Amcor she served as Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel for Hill-Rom Holdings, Dentsply International and Samsonite Corporation. Earlier in her career she served as an attorney at General Motors, as well as in two prominent global law firms. Ms. Rasin has worked in the United States, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Israel and Hong Kong in multiple industries, including medical device technology, automotive manufacturing and retail.

Mr. Stephan was appointed Chief Operating Officer in September 2024, and joined Amcor in June 2019 with the acquisition of Bemis Company, where he was President of Bemis North America. He served as President, Flexibles North America from June 2019 through September 2024, and also had oversight of the Amcor Flexibles Latin America business since September 2024. Prior to Bemis, Mr. Stephan spent much of his career in general-management and commercial roles at General Electric, across the power, plastics and lighting divisions, and 12 years at Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Mr. Stephan is based in both Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and Chicago.

Ms. Suarez Gonzalez joined Amcor in June 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Suarez Gonzalez has more than 30 years of human resources experience, working with global business-to-business organizations. Prior to joining Amcor, she was Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion Officer at International Flavors and Fragrances where she helped shape its human capital strategy while completing two of the biggest acquisitions in the history of the F&F industry. Prior to that, Ms. Suarez Gonzalez held various HR leadership positions at Fluor Corporation during her 25 year career, supporting various business groups around the world. She is based in Amcor’s corporate offices in Deerfield, Illinois.

Mr. Wilson joined Amcor in March 2000 in his current role, based in Europe. Previous positions included: Deputy Chairman and Managing Director, Corporate Finance, UBS Warburg (1993-2000); Executive Director, Private Equity, UBS Warburg (1986-1993); Elected Partner, Baker & McKenzie, Sydney (1980-1986); Associate, Baker & McKenzie, New York and San Francisco (1983-1985); and Associate, Baker & McKenzie, Sydney (1980-1992).
