The principal activities of the Company are those of a Captive insurance company licensed under the Insurance Act 1966 to carry on general insurance business.

The Company only underwrites the risks of its parent company and related corporations (not third party risks) as defined under Sections 5 and 6 of the Companies Act 1967 and such other risks as the Monetary Authority of Singapore may allow.

The immediate and ultimate holding company is Amcor Pty Ltd and Amcor plc, incorporated in Australia and New Jersey respectively.
