Simplifying the Amcor HealthCare™ Portfolio
The Amcor HealthCare™ rebrand page gives global customers access to one unified system across our entire HealthCare™ portfolio. From now on, all our products — no matter where they are produced or sold — will speak the same language.
Clearer view, holistic approach
To support its healthcare customers around the globe, Amcor has introduced a rebranded Amcor HealthCare™ product portfolio. This new naming architecture is designed to give a clearer, holistic view of our portfolio of healthcare packaging products, as well as support our ongoing innovations.
The consolidation of Amcor’s HealthCare™ portfolio under one brand allows pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers across the globe to easily navigate our wide range of product applications, materials, and designs as key attributes are embedded in the new naming. In addition, this naming approach gives our global customers access to one unified system across our entire HealthCare™ portfolio. From now on, all our products—no matter where they are produced or sold—will speak the same language.

Our Amcor HealthCare™ Blister Systems product family covers all of Amcor’s primary packaging solutions for oral solid dose pharmaceuticals, defining them by barrier capabilities.
As part of the rebrand, the new Amcor HealthCare™ Formpack® family covers all our coldform blister systems organized based on the different performance characteristics.
Our flagship coldform solution, Amcor HealthCare™ Formpack® Blister System, delivers consistent high-performance and protection levels, is now available also with a PVC-free version, helping pharma manufacturers prepare their products for the upcoming EPR, taxation and regulatory changes. The Amcor Formpack® PVC-free system delivers up to 20% lower carbon footprint when comparing with the legacy Amcor Formpack® system. 
Alongside this are the Amcor HealthCare™ Formpack® Value Blister System (only available in China), a cost optimized coldform blister with basic material performance, and the Amcor HealthCare™ Formpack® Prima Blister System which provides the moisture barrier of a traditional Alu-Alu blister with the balance of cost versus performance.
Our high-performance Amcor HealthCare™ Formpack® Ultra Blister System delivers significant Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) savings, guaranteeing protective barrier properties with the smallest blister footprint for an aluminium blister.
The portfolio also features Amcor HealthCare™ Formpack® Dessiflex® Blister System, our integrated moisture control blister system for unrivalled moisture protection. This provides extra protection against humidity helping keep highy-moisture sensitive pharmaceuticals stable for longer, guaranteeing an improved shelf-life.
Finally, the latest addition to the Amcor HealthCare™ Blister System family is the world’s first recycle-ready polyethylene-based thermoform blister packaging, Amcor HealthCare™ AmSky™ Blister System. This breakthrough vinyl and aluminum free thermoform blister innovation is a sustainable alternative for the most in-demand healthcare packaging type, delivering up to 70% carbon footprint versus a standard PVC blister with Aluminium lidding foil. It is available in Push-through or Child Safe Senior Friendly options. 
The Amcor HealthCare™ Blister System family is also part of our Ecoguard™ portfolio of products. Within this, most specifications are recycle-ready in the aluminium or Polyolefine streams, in countries where collection and recycling streams exist, helping pharma manufacturers and consumers make responsible choices.
