How do we develop you?
The AFEMEA Graduate Program offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills with an international packaging leader in an innovative and diverse environment. The 18-month Graduate Program consists of three six or two nine-month rotations, based at one of our European plants or offices.
Successful applicants will be offered a permanent contract designed to deliver hands-on learning with one of our AFEMEA teams. You’ll be involved in a range of projects from day one, on which you’ll be encouraged to actively participate in decisions that have a direct impact on our business. AFEMEA Graduate Experience offers an ideal platform to jump-start your career as part of a winning team.

Having some of the following qualifications and skills will stand you in good stead:
Master’s/Honours degree in controlling, engineering, finance, commercial, human resources, material science, polymers, chemistry or physics
- Up to two years’ work experience
- Evidence of academic achievements and/or extracurricular activities
- Good written and spoken English; fluency in other languages ist gut, et c’est génial!
- Strong business acumen
- A proactive and results-oriented approach
- A collaborative style.
